Santos E. Nolasco Gonzales, 39, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

June 23

Stephanie A. Carter, 34, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

Zavier Astacio, 22, of the Bronx, was charged with reckless endangerment/property, obstructing governmental administration, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, misdemeanors, and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.

An 18-year-old male from the Bronx was charged with second-degree obstructing government administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Scott R. Caruso, 33, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

Ali Unlu, 38, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
