Sgt. Manna exits Goshen PD with walkout ceremony

Sgt. John Manna had been with Goshen Police Department for 21 years and in law enforcement for 29 years. He will soon move to North Carolina.

Friends, family and fellow officers gathered on Grand Street to honor Sgt. John Manna at his walkout ceremony from the Village of Goshen Police Station.

After 21-years with the department, Sgt. Manna’s last shift was Memorial Day, May 30 at 2:30 p.m. When he left the station, the group that gathered congratulated him and wished him well.

Manna, a 1989 graduate of Goshen Central High School, has been in law enforcement for a total of 29-years. He and his wife, Patricia, have three sons: Jacob, Alec, and Ryan. Jacob is currently an officer with the Village of Goshen Police Department. Manna and his family are moving to the State of North Carolina.
