February 21, Microgreens for Winter Meals — It's not too early to grow your own nutritious greens. Learn how to grow these tender, vitamin-rich greens on your windowsill to get a head start on the fresh flavors of spring.

March 14, Spring Cleansing — Holistic Health Coach, Celeste McAteer of Florida, N.Y., will show how to use herbs, seeds, and roots in a spring detoxification routine.
