Officer Jeremy Harter and K-9 Walker placed second overall in explosive detection and package searching in their first United States Police Canine Association Region 7 Detection Trials, the Village of Goshen Police Department announced.
Sixty-one teams competed in the events, and forty-one teams competed in the explosive detection and package search trial. The detection trials were held March 19-20 at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh.
