SUNY Orange Job and Career Fair to be held April 12

— More than 70 Hudson Valley employers will be represented when SUNY Orange hosts its annual Job and Career Fair from 1 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, in the Diana Physical Education Center on the College’s Middletown campus.
Businesses representing the fields of health care, banking, manufacturing, human services, retail, education, insurance, hospitality and tourism will be on-hand to meet job seekers. Public sector employers will be in attendance as well. Students, alumni and community members can submit their resume and fill out applications during the event, which is free and open to the public.
To help attendees prepare, the SUNY Orange Office of Career and Internship Services has developed a web site that offers tips on how job seekers can maximize their efforts at the event, key questions to ask employers, and other helpful topics. Additionally, the college will be offering “Getting Ready for the Job Fair” workshops from 11 a.m. to Nnoon on Wednesday, April 4, in Kaplan Hall on the Newburgh campus,. and Thursday, April 5, in the Shepard Student Center on the Middletown campus.
