O.C. Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Service to be held May 5

A New York State Police trooper pays homage to the memory of the members of the Orange County law enforcement community who made the ultimate sacrifice during last year's memorial service in Goshen. This year's memorial will be held May 5.
GOSHEN — The 2017 Orange County Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Service will be held Friday, May 5, at 6 p.m., at the entrance of the Orange County Courthouse.
The memorial service will honor the memory of the 30 members of the Orange County law enforcement community who have made the ultimate sacrifice, as well as their families and loved ones who were left behind.
The service will be approximately 60-75 minutes in duration; a reception will follow in the courthouse lobby.
The memorial service is open to all members of the law enforcement community and the general public.
The event is sponsored by the Jason Conklin Memorial Lodge #957 of the N.Y.S. Fraternal Order of Police.
