It was Pomp and Circumstance for Goshen's Class of 2012 at the Historic Track on Saturday (postponed from Friday because of inclement weather).

Thomas Connor Donohue Payne, the student senate president, welcomed the graduates, family, and friends. The honor graduates — Alex Christopher De Palma, Nicole Michelle Rountree, Jason Isaiah Basri, Courtney Elizabeth Murphy, Chase Thomas Bouchard, and Brigid P. Larkin — gave inspirational addresses before their class and their many well-wishers.

Music was by the Goshen Central High School Band, directed by Kimberly Longo; and the Goshen Central High School Varsity Choir and Jazz Voices, directed by Lori Fedor with Molly Lloyd as accompanist.

School board president James Kimiecik awarded the young people with their diplomas. School administrators and members of the public presented scholarships and awards.
