Lowe's donations and volunteers beautify Chester Academy patio

The Chester Academy thanks the local Lowe's store in Chester for being selected for its Community Heroes Project, led by store manager Bill Lapasnick, store associate Sam Forshay, and Chester Union Free School District Director of Buildings and Grounds Jim Frees, a team of employees volunteered their time, skills, and labor to beautify the school's rear patio. The team built two large paver planter boxes and six picnic tables stained in Chester blue. All materials were donated by Lowe's.
