Correction: No warming station in Monroe

Last week's article "Deep freeze causes worry" contained an error: there is no warming station in Monroe this year.
"We did not open this year due to lack of funds and more importantly, the Chapel was not an appropriate setting to provide overnight respite," said an email from Betsy Johnston, director of Sacred Heart Parish Outreach. "Please refer clients to the other sites listed in the article and make a correction as necessary."
Last week's article also incorrectly listed the station as "Anne’s Church/Chapel of Sacred Heart." Johnston said the former warming station was called Sacred Heart Warming Station, located at the Chapel of the Sacred Heart, and has nothing to do with St. Anne’s.
The Chronicle regrets the errors.
