Correction

In last week’s article, “As cannabis shops multiply, some towns say enough is enough,” it was incorrectly reported that the City of Middletown allows cannabis businesses. The City of Middletown remains opted out of the cannabis regulations, but the neighboring towns of Wallkill and Wawayanda, parts of which share a zip code with Middletown, opted into the regulations and have retail cannabis establishments within their municipal boundaries.
