Chester Kiwanis Club to begin collecting toys for holidays

The Kiwanis Club of Chester will start collecting toys for its 2023 Toyland Project starting November 1. THe group is looking to collect toys for ages one through 12. The collection and distribution process, including pre-registration for families wishing to participate, will be the same as last year.

Starting on November 1, boxes will be placed in the following locations in around Chester: Advance Auto, Angles And Cuts, Byk USA Inc, Chester Diner, Chester Ice Cream, Chester Elementary & Academy, Chester Nails, Chester Village Hall, Chester Town Hall, Christopher’s Bistro, Cragville Bible Church, Dr. Donohue’s Office, Impact Martial Arts – Goshen, Key Bank Chester & Goshen, Orange Bank & Trust – Chester, Patriotic Insurance, Roe’s Orchards, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, State Farm Insurance, Steris Isomedix, TD Bank - Chester, TM Contracting, and Tractor Supply .

No used toys, clothing, or stuffed animals will be accepted.

Kiwanis will also be holding two non-contact drive-through drop-off days, for those who prefer not to enter any of these locations: on November 25, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and December 3 from 12 to 2 p.m. in the Tractor Supply parking lot. Look for the Kiwanis sign.
