Carol Taylor, MD, joins family practice

CHESTER — Carol P. Taylor, MD, recently joined Horizon Family Medical Group.

She will see patients at Horizon's offices at 21 Maple Drive in Warwick and 1460 Route 17M in Chester.

"Dr. Taylor comes to Horizon with outstanding credentials and experience," said medical group CEO James Olver. “She exhibits the passion for her patients that exemplifies the Horizon Family spirit."

Dr. Taylor completed graduate studies at Albany Medical College and was awarded a Feldstein Family Practice Scholarship. Her post graduate work brought her to the Family Medicine Department of the Montefiore Medical Center’s Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Among her many interests are swimming, reading, gardening and horseback riding.
