Burke Catholic to welcome families at Oct. 20 open house

John S. Burke Catholic High School, 80 Fletcher St., will hold its annual Fall Open House from 1 to 3 p.m. Oct. 20. Families will have an opportunity to learn about its educational offerings, academic supports for students of all learning levels, small class sizes and variety of sports and clubs.
The open house will include presentations by John Douthit, principal for operations, and Janice Clark, principal for academics. The open house will feature tours of the building and grounds and an opportunity for families to interact with students, teachers and coaches.
“We have 100 percent graduation and college acceptance rates, and our students go on to attend top-tier universities around the country,” Douthit said. “By attending our open house, parents will learn why sending their child to Burke Catholic is a worthwhile investment.”
