July 7

Martin B. Paul, Jr., 32 of Chester was arrested on three outstanding bench warrants from town court and also charged with Bail Jumping in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $750 secured bond to reappear in town court on Aug. 12.

July 8

Alphonso V. Cruz, Jr., 22, of Ellenville was arrested on an arrest warrant from town court. He posted $150 cash bail to appear in town court on Aug. 12.

July 13

Peter M. Williams, 32, of Napanoch was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a felony. He was arraigned in town court and is due to reappear on Aug. 13. He was turned over to the NY State Police on an outstanding warrant held by their agency.

Christine E. Tyler, 58, of Warwick was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in town court on Aug. 13.

Nathan J. Brill, 28, of Ware, MA was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on the NY State Police on an outstanding warrant held by their agency and is due to appear in village court on Aug. 8.

Michael D. D’Annucci, 79, of Chester was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in town court on Aug. 13.

July 16

Billiejoe Dailey, 40, of Chester was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He posted $150 bail to appear in town court on Aug. 12.

July 17

Abner O. Perez-Felipe, 37, of Spring Valley was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He posted $200 to appear in town court on Aug. 12.

July 18

Joseph J. Krenicky, 48, of Glenwood, NJ was charged with two counts of unlawful surveillance in the second degree, felonies. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in town court on Aug. 13.
