    July 8
    Jean Acevedo, 20, of Rock Hill, and Harold B. Wilson, 38, of Swan Lake, were charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. They were released on appearance tickets.
    Jose E. Santiago, 42, of Hurleyville, was charged with four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
    July 9
    Kevin Santiago-Madera, 30, of the Bronx, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
    July 11
    James C. Borchers, 74, of Cornwall, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
    Leonard Smith, 25, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    July 13
    Trevor A. Papenmeier, 27, of Sussex, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
    July 14
    Emily J. Bryan, 21, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
    Andrew D. Dorian, 29, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
    An 18-year-old female from Monroe was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Kayla M. Oteri, 24, of Congers, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Louis A. Pizzonia, 42, of Monroe, was charged with making a false, written statement, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
