    Nov. 9

    A 13-year-old male from Monroe was charged with possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    A 16-year-old male from Highland Falls was charged with forcible touching and acting in a manner injurious to a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Christopher P. Cinquemani, 32, of Monroe, and a 19-year-old male from Monroe were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets.

    Nov. 10

    Carlos Calender, 20, of Buffalo, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, second-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Dejae L. Johnson, 23, of Frankfort, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and sent to Orange County Jail.

    Arcadio J. Morales, 40, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 12

    Darren Saunders, 25, of Brooklyn, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, two counts of first and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies, and false personation, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Nov. 13

    Eduar S. Villanueva, 20, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Kelvin Mejia, 21, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Nov. 14

    Mirza Vucetovic, 29, of Monroe, was charged with first-degree operator impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

    Chazz E. Johnson, 20, of Mount Vernon, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Julie M. Holodak, 49, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    Jason M. Romero, 31, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more. He was released to a third party.

    Vidal Milland, 35, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 19

    Tyler Regan, 21, of Campbell Hall, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Joseph Madera, 38, of Catskill, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Junior Ryes, 50, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Joseph A. Colaizzi, 35, of Mohegan Lake, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 20

    Christopher Davila, 22, of Huntington Station, was charged with computer trespass, a felony, second-degree aggravated harassment and unlawful publishing an intimate image, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 21

    Daniel P. Jackson, 41, of the Bronx, was charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor.
