    Jaime E. Moskovitz, 47, of Monroe, Kishankumar J. Thakkar, 36, of Harriman, and No N. Dhanush Ravindran, 26, of Florida, were charged with prohibited sale of alcohol, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets.
    July 2
    A 16-year-old male from Milton was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    July 3
    Pena M. Tondo, 54, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Matthew P. Desiderio, 31, of Harriman, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    July 4
    Rafael Berrios, 55, of Montague, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Amanda K. Catchpole, 28, of Monroe, was charged with two counts of having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation, petty larceny and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
    Devin M. McAllister, 26, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Sharie L. Torres, 28, of Ansonia, Conn. was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    Theodore A. Collins, 65, of Las Vegas, Nev., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
    A 20-year-old Highland Mills man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Tammy L. Orlowski, 29, of Bloomingburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
    Kelly A. Faulkner, 26, of Bellvale, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
