    Juanita Arline, 49, of Newburgh, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Gregory Telemaque, 47, of New Hampton, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and sent to Orange County Jail.

    Dannel K. Brown, 32, of New Windsor, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), felonies, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, and third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Kevin J. Rank, 38, of White Plains, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Maria Tirelli-Sullivan, 57, of Goshen, was charged with second-degree forgery, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Dec. 10

    Marcos P. Perez, 28, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and sent to Orange County Jail.

    Latifah Herring, 30, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and third-degree grand larceny, a felony. She was issued an appearance ticket.

    Dec. 12

    Jessica Sanchez, 36, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    Erika Vargas, 38, of New York City, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    Brooke L. Lee, 34, of the Bronx, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
