Jose A. Venancio, 40, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
April 14
Roman A. Kopczuk, 48, of Harriman was charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
April 17
Salwa V. Mais, 54, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree forgery, a felony, petty larceny, second-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. She was sent to Orange County Jail.
April 18
Christopher J. Chiappini, 34, of Midland Park, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
April 19
Joseph R. Certo, 34, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
Meghan A. Young, 20, of Highland Mills, was charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. She was released on an appearance ticket.
