    Noah Swanson, 22, of Haverstraw, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for June 3.
