Patriotic banners honoring Chester's veterans and active-duty service members will be displayed in the Village of Chester next year. The Village of Chester Community Association is leading the project. Each banner will be 18 by 36 inches, in full color and double-sided. It will include the service member's image and information, and the name of the sponsoring family or business. The sponsorship rate is $150. The information provided may be subject to verification by the U.S. Department of Defense. The banners will be exhibited from Memorial Day 2020 through Veterans Day 2020.
