Goshen. The chamber is back in business

It has been a busy month for the Goshen Chamber of Commerce.

On Thursday, June 3, ambassadors from the Goshen Chamber of Commerce welcomed Goosehead Insurance to the Goshen community with a ribbon-cutting.

Zach Schiller is the lead agent at Goosehead Insurance, which is situated in downtown Goshen on the first floor of the Flatiron building. Goosehead Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency serving the continental United States.

“We take pride in providing the power of choice to our clients for all their insurance needs,” Schiller said in the chamber’s press release announcing the event. “We shop among many insurance companies to find the best policies at the best rates - giving our clients options no ordinary agency can.”

Breakfast at LEGOLAND

On Wednesday, June 16, the Goshen Chamber held at breakfast at LEGOLAND NY. The speakers included Amanda Dana from Orange County Tourism and Stephanie Johnson from LEGOLAND NY.

Following the sold out breakfast, LEGOLAND staff give tours to interested Goshen Chamber of Commerce members for them to see first-hand the LEGO models of downtown Goshen.

Network mixer at library on July 8

On July 8, the Goshen Chamber will host a networking mixer from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the patio of the Goshen Library and Historical Society. If you have not visited the new library, this is your chance to learn about our new library and indulge in some gelato and Italian ice from our member, Ice Capps, LLC.

The Goshen Chamber is also working with a graphic artist to develop a map of downtown Goshen which will be available at the LEGOLAND Resort, Fairfield Inn and Suites, The Stagecoach Inn, Limoncello at Orange Inn and the Harness Racing Museum.
