GOSHEN — Business owners in Orange County are invited to join others to participate in the county's "Return the Favor" Veterans Discount Program.
Hundreds of Orange County merchants and stores are already signed up to offer discounts on their products and services to veterans who show their Orange County Veterans Discount Card.
“We appreciate that so many local businesses are participating in this program,” said County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus. “It is a wonderful way to give back to those who have bravely served our great country. The Veterans Discount Program provides an opportunity to recognize military personnel and veterans in Orange County. We are always looking for more businesses and stores to take part in the program, especially with Veteran’s Day less than a week away.”
Veterans seeking a complete list of merchants participating in the Veterans Discount Program, may log onto www.co.orange.ny.us/content/124/861/1841/default.aspx.
