Orange County on Oct. 16 welcomed a delegation from the Xi’an, China, Municipal Bureau of Commerce. The contingent visited the government center in Goshen to learn about the county's tourism, economic development, and Foreign Trade Zone. “Foreign direct investment is an important component in strengthening our local economy," said Director of Economic Development Bill Fioravanti. He said the group was excited about the "benefits that operating in our FTZ can offer Chinese businesses.”
