Frank Christopher Crover

    Frank Christopher Crover of Port Jervis died unexpectedly on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021, at Catskill Regional Medical Center. He was 54 year-old.

    He was born May 8, 1966, in Warwick, the son of Richard Crover Sr. and Barbara Morgan Crover.

    His family’s statement reads: “Frank always tried to help everyone, he was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back if that is all he had to give you.”

    Surviving are his mother Barbara Crover of Glen Spey; his daughters Diamond Crover and Sapphire Crover of Port Jervis; his brothers Richard Crover Jr. and his wife Ruthanna of Goshen and Ronald Crover of Sussex, N.J., his sister Bonnie Corter of Slate Hill; the mother of his children Laura Crover of Port Jervis; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

    Visitation was held Jan. 14 at Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc. 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis.

    Funeral services were also held Jan. 14 at the funeral home with Captain Kelly Ross officiating.

    Burial was in Manning Cemetery in Port Jervis.

    In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Frank’s name may be made to Salvation Army Food Bank-Port Jervis Corps, 99 Ball St., P.O. Box 125, Port Jervis, N.Y. 12771-0125 or any food bank of your choice.
