Dascha “Dee” Molnar of Greenville passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at her home. She was 66 years old.

Dascha was a special adventurous soul who loved life and everyone she met. She was always happy and had a friendly positive disposition. If Dascha loved you, you knew it.

Her soul mate and love of her life was Wayne. They were two peas in a pod and she always said she was lucky to have her “good man.”

“We exist temporarily through what we take ... but live forever through what we give.” That was Dascha, a giver with deep spirituality.

Dascha was a natural caregiver with a nurturing soul. She cared for many in the last stages of their life with a kind and comical attitude no matter what the circumstances. She would be there for anyone in need. She loved the night sky and was passionate about nature, flowers and animals. She cared deeply for her cats and all animals.

She was thoughtful, generous, witty and fun. Kindness ran deep in her soul. She had an amazing memory and told great stories with her unique vocabulary and priceless delivery.

She loved to Polka and her favorite partner was her Uncle Grant. She was always the life of the party and loved a get- together with family or friends.

Her niece, nephews, cousins, Wayne’s race family and her special friends were all very close to her and she will always be part of their hearts. “Auntie Dee” and “Cuz” leaves a space in our hearts that no one could fill; she was one of a kind.

Her family and friends will miss our special Dascha, but we know there is laughter and love in Heaven tonight. “Love you, a bushel and a peck....and a hug around the neck!”

“Hupi Schupi,” Dascha!

Dascha is survived by her Wayne, her niece, nephews, cousins and a very close circle of friends.

She was predeceased by her mother Emma and father Jack “Moon” Molnar and her brother Dennis Molnar.

Visitation was held May 24 at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 690 County Route# 1, Pine Island.
