    Oct. 13

    Tony Acevedo, 31, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors, first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Oct. 15

    Gustavo W. Gonzalez, 20, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

    Oct. 18

    A 51-year-old Brooklyn man and a 45-year-old Monroe man were charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 19

    Lara G. Jenkins, 27, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    A 15-year-old female from Brooklyn was charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and third-degree identity theft, a misdemeanor. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    A 17-year-old male from Highland Mills was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
