A 53-year-old Monroe man was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on his own recognizance.

Dec. 10

Eric J. Baumgardner, 23, of Barryville, was charged with having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation, three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Dec. 11

Najee L. Alexander, 27, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Dec. 12

Tore J. Lindland, 39, of Goshen, was charged with third-degree coercion, a misdemeanor, and second-degree coercion, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Dec. 13

Brian M. Finnegan, 37, of Chester, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and criminal possession of a firearm, felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Mariah L. Jennings, 24, of New York City, was charged with providing a false, written statement, a misdemeanor. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Dec. 15

Stephen E. Wanczowski, 41, of Sussex, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
