    Feb. 10

    Zachary T. Dioro, 22, of Campbell Hall, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree stalking, a misdemeanor, and two counts of criminal contempt, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Feb. 12

    Michael A. McCoy, 37, of Ferndale, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 13

    A 19-year-old male from Port Jervis was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Two 17-year-old males from Monroe were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets.

    George J. Baird, 65, of Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Niki Capaci, 36, of Middletown, was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
