| 25 Nov 2014 | 08:37

— The Chester Boy Scouts Troop 63 is holding its 31st annual wreath sale fundraiser.

The wreaths are $13 each or two for $25. They're made by all of the scouts with the help of Alders Wholesale Florist.

The Scouts will be selling according to the following schedule:

November 29 — Kwik Stop (110 North Church St., Goshen) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

November 30 — Kwik Stop from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

December 4 — Scouts will make door to door sales in the evening.

Anytime — If you can't make these dates call Scout Kevin Ward at 294-0760.

Troop 63 has completed many projects to help the community. They coordinate "Scouting for Food," which supplies the Chester Food Pantry to help struggling families. They also organize a community dinner to ensure neighbors don't go hungry. The Troop's Eagle Scouts contribute to projects like painting museums, making a new ramp for the Village Hall, and renovations in cemeteries and schools.

If you are interested in becoming a Boy Scout call Jeff Albanese at 294-0924.
