Griffith Olivero Realtors and Panarelli Realty to merge

GOSHEN – Griffith Olivero Realtors and Panarelli Realty, two leading independent real estate brokerages serving Orange County, New York and the Greater Hudson Valley, announced March 7 the decision to merge the two firms effective immediately.

The combined entity will consist of 22 licensed real estate professionals to be based out of Griffith Olivero Realtors’ office located on 226 Main Street in Goshen.

“This combination brings together two successful real estate companies and further cements us as a market leader in Orange County and the surrounding areas,” said John Olivero, managing broker of Griffith Olivero. “The merger will be near seamless as our agents across the combined team have worked together before and we share very similar practices, strong ethics and client-centric cultures.”

“At the heart of the decision to merge is our commitment to remain focused on providing outstanding client service,” Jeanine Panarelli, founder of Panarelli Realty said. “Combining our two like-minded and compatible offices uniquely allows us to do just that.
