    March 3
    Travis V. Lucas, 28, of Warwick, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    March 4
    Jeremmie A. Smith, 37, and Justina M. Cruishank, 31, both of Endicott, were charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a felony. They were released on bail bond.
    An 18-year-old male from West Babylon, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and criminal possession of marijuana, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
    Jesse Gleeson, 26, of New Milford, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and released on an appearance ticket.
    March 5
    Jonathan Mercado, 27, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and reckless driving, misdemeanors. He was released on bail bond.
    Clayton D. Mann, 29, of Mahwah, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Marciel Gomez-Mesa, 27, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket.
    March 8
    Glen Ozoude, 31, of Queens, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
    March 9
    Russell G. Heflich, 58, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
    March 10
    Steven A. Jones, 31, of Ferndale, Donovan W. Price, 24, of Liberty, Brandon D. Unser, 31, of Jeffersonville, and Carlos A. Ortiz, 21, of Liberty, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug with intent to sell) and criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), felonies. They were released on cash bail.
    March 11
    David Tapia Villamar, 33, of Rochester, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Henry D. Munoz, 23, of New Windsor, Brejhuan Myers, 21, of Newburgh, and a 19-year-old female from Wappinger Falls, were charged with five counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Munoz and the 19-year-old were also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. They were released on appearance tickets.
    Clyde Magarelli, 77, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving with ability impaired by alcohol, an infraction, and released on an appearance ticket.
    William G. Murray, 20, of Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree operator of a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket.
    Mitchell Thompson, 26, of Reading, Pa., was charged with violation of probation, a felony, petty larceny, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors, unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and being a fugitive from justice. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
