Dolores Price of Goshen, N.Y., dies at age 78

Dolores Price of Goshen, N.Y., passed away peacefully on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018, at Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill, N.Y. She was 78.

Daughter of the late William Russell Price and the late Emma Jane Green Price, she was born Sept. 22, 1940, in Goshen.

Dolores was a retired secretary and school aide with Goshen Central Schools in Goshen. She participated often with the Maybrook Golden Links and enjoyed her outings with "The Girls."

Survivors include her daughter, Lori Price of Goshen; sons, John Price of Huntington, Long Island, N.Y., Todd Price of Middletown, N.Y., Daniel Price and his partner, Dave Capalbo, of Vernon, N.J.; brother, Gilbert Price and his wife, Joyce, of Orlando, Fla.; sisters, Marion Lewis of Maybrook, N.Y., Irene Page of New Hampton, N.Y., and Phyllis Hunter of Goshen; seven grandchildren, Natasha, Victor, Jasmine, Sierra, Jeremy, Isaiah, and Elijah; five great-grandchildren, Christopher, Alaya, Isaiah, Miles, and Mikayla; and several nieces and nephews.

Dolores was predeceased by her brothers, William Russell Jr., and Clifford U. Price Sr.

Visitation was held Dec. 30 at the Donovan Funeral Home, Goshen. A funeral service was held dec. 31 at the funeral home. Interment followed in Slate Hill Cemetery, Goshen.
