SUGAR LOAF — The Orange County Citizens Foundation is partnering with the Times Herald-Record to host a series of political debates with candidates in some of the most highly watched state and national races.

The public is invited to attend, or watch the debates live at

https://www.facebook.com/OCcitizensfoundation or www.recordonline.com/livedebate.

• The 42nd Senate District debate will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 7 p.m., at Middletown High School with Jen Metzger (D) vs. Annie Rabbit (R).

• The 39th Senate District debate will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at 7 p.m. at the Ritz Theater in Newburgh with Tom Basile (R) vs. James Skoufis (D).

• The 19th Congressional District debate will be held on Monday, Oct. 29, at 7 p.m. at SUNY Sullivan with Antonio Delgado (D) vs. Rep. John Faso (R).

• The 18th Congressional District debate will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 30, at 7 p.m. at the Ritz Theater in Newburgh with Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (D) vs. James O'Donnell (R).
