New providers join Crystal Run Healthcare

MIDDLETOWN — Crystal Run Healthcare has announced the addition of four new providers to its practice.
Diana Calogrias, MD, earned her medical degree from Medical University of Lodz in Lodz, Poland, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Newark Beth Israel-Barbanas Health at Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City, N.J. She specializes in obstetrics and gynecology and is seeing patients in Middletown.
Justin Conway, MD, earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Mich., and completed his residency in family medicine at Mount Sinai-Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, N.Y. He is board certified in primary care sports medicine and completed fellowship training in primary care sports medicine at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway Township, N.J. He specializes in providing care for active people and athletes of all levels of competition. He is seeing patients in Monroe and Newburgh.
Christian Roman-Rodriquez, MD, FACOG, earned his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, PR, and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, N.Y. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He specializes in obstetrics and gynecology and is seeing patients in Middletown.
Renee Levin-Waldman, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed her residency in internal medicine at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia. She is board certified in internal medicine. She specializes in urgent care and is seeing patients in Crystal Run’s Monroe and West Nyack urgent care locations.
