— Join the Junior Friends of the Goshen Public Library for a two-day local history camp.

Children in kindergarten through fifth grade will be engaged in activities associated with local history and famous historic figures in Goshen.

Camp is held under a tent in Salesian Park from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, July 23, and Tuesday, July 24.

Parents of children in the Goshen Central School District can register their kids for one or two days. Registration begins on July 16 on the Goshen Public Library website's calendar of events (goshenpubliclibrary.org)

Last year one of the participants had so much fun at camp, he was overheard saying, "This is the greatest day of my life!"
