Free homeowners workshop on April 7

MIDDLETOWN — A free workshop to encourage potential Orange County homebuyers to take advantage of the down payment assistance programs available in Orange County will be held Saturday, April 7, from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Middletown Thrall Library.
Orange County, PathStone and KeyBank are event co-hosts.
The Orange County Office of Community Development provides up to $10,000 toward down payment assistance or closing costs to eligible homebuyers of properties across Orange County.
KeyBank mortgage representatives will also be on hand to discuss the bank's community mortgage program, which provides up to 100 percent financing with no MPI insurance to eligible homebuyers, and other home loan products
