Michael J. Coulter of Walden is the bank's new chief lending officer, succeeding Mary Ellen Rogulski, who retired in April.
At Metropolitan Bank in Manhattan, Coulter held the same functional position as executive vice president. Prior to Metropolitan, he held progressively more senior positions at BBVA Compass Bank, Sun National Bank, Citizens, and Key Bank, all in the greater New York City and Hudson Valley markets.
Mary Ellen Rogulski of Middletown began her career at Orange (County) Trust Company in 2002. Ms. Rogulski intends to remain closely connected to the community through her participation in various civic organizations, including the Orange County IDA.
Gerard A. Perri of Middletown, who has overall responsibility for finance, accounting and information technology, was promoted to executive vice president. He joined Orange Bank and Trust in July 2012 as senior vice president and chief financial officer, overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting. In 2014, his role expanded to include oversight of the Bank’s IT Department.
With more than 40 years of industry experience, Perri has been involved in the finance, accounting, and information systems functions of public and private community banks throughout the metropolitan area. He was previously chief financial officer of Herald National Bank, where he oversaw all accounting, finance, treasury, and compliance responsibilities.
Perri received his undergraduate degree from City University of New York and his master’s degree in business administration from Adelphi University. He is a graduate of the National School of Banking at Fairfield University, and a member of the Financial Managers Society and Institute of Management Accountants. Gerard has been a resident of Orange County for almost 30 years.
