Once again “The Big Band Sound” will perform on the lawn of the Goshen Public Library, sponsored by The Friends of the Goshen Public Library and Historical Society, on Saturday, Aug. 19, beginning at 6 p.m.

The Big Band Sound is famous for its performance of swing tunes from the Big Band Era.

And again, Norton and Christensen will underwrite The Big Band Sound’s appearance. In addition, What’s the Scoop will provide ice cream for all, including seconds for kids and all those young at heart. This is a completely free event.

In case of rain, the event will be held on Sunday, Aug. 20, at 6 p.m.

Bring a blanket or a lawn chair, come and listen to the band and enjoy some ice cream.
