Goshen Intermediate School employees Go Red For Women
GOSHEN — On Feb. 3, faculty and staff members at Goshen Intermediate School wore red in support of women's heart health. Each year, employees participate in order to raise money and awareness for the American Heart Association. The charitable activity is spearheaded by Physical Education Teacher Kathy Magid. Go Red For Women's National Wear Red Day helps to raise awareness and fund the fight against heart disease and stroke, which causes 1 in 3 deaths among women each year. For more information about heart disease, symptoms for heart attack and stroke, and steps for prevention, visit the American Heart Association Go Red For Women website at goredforwomen.org.
