SUGAR LOAF — During January, the Sugar Loaf United Methodist Church Faithful Friday students began learning about hunger in their own community.

One of their mission projects was to create favors for the Warwick Meals on Wheels clients.

The students decorated paper mugs and attached packets of hot cocoa mix to each favor to wish the clients “warm wishes” during the next few weeks.

The Faithful Friday students meet every Friday from 5 to 6 p.m.

For more information, contact Pastor Susan Chupungco at 845-544-7268 or Charlotte Mifsud, Christian education superintendent at 845-469-8605.
