    Franklin P. Lema Lema, 25, of Nanuet, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Jan. 17
    A 20-year-old Goshen man was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Jan. 19
    Richard A. Pennings, 34, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, and refusal to take a Breathalyzer test, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket.
    Arthur Waitres Johannes, 26, of Rock Hill, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
    Bogdan V. Gaina, 40, of Sunnyside, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
